Options for getting help with OXN development, reporting issues, and connecting with the community.

Developer email

  • Technical questions
  • Increased rate limits requests
  • Partnership inquiries
  • Access to CI-scale testnet funding

Response time: best effort, typically 1–3 business days.

Chat channels

Discord / Telegram: coming soon

An official chat channel for real-time developer discussions will be announced when it's set up.

GitHub Issues

For public bug reports and documentation feedback:

  • Documentation issues: oxn-docs repository
  • SDK issues: repository for the specific SDK you're using
  • Protocol issues: appropriate protocol repository

Please search existing issues before opening a new one.

Security issues

Do not report security issues on public GitHub issues. See Reporting Security Issues for the private disclosure process.

Response time expectations

  • Security issues: acknowledgment within 3 business days, triage within 7.
  • General developer questions: 1–3 business days, best effort.
  • GitHub issues: reviewed on a weekly cadence.

Community-contributed help

The OXN dApp developer community shares tips on the chat channels (once live) and in each SDK's issue tracker. Search for related past discussions before asking — often somebody already hit and solved your problem.
